Starts at $55.00 per hour & most first time & one time cleans are slightly more expensive than regular cleaning as the home is more dirty.

Regular Scheduled Cleaning

When you book a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning schedule you get a cheaper rate than booking just one time.

$189 - 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms

$249 - 4 bedroom 3.5 bathrooms

$299 - 5 bedroom 4.5 bathrooms

Move Out & Deep Cleans

$60.00 per hour & with a minimum 2 hour booking

CLEANING CHECKLIST

Bathrooms - sinks, counters, outside cupboards, shower & bath, toilet, dust baseboards, lights witches, door handles, light fixtures, polishing shiny surfaces & mirrors, vacuum & mop floor, window ledge, removal of garbage’s & folding towels.

Kitchen - sinks, countertop, outside cupboards, outside of appliances, stove top, inside microwave, light fixtures, light switches, window ledges, dust baseboards, garbage removal, table top & chairs, vacuum and mop floors & polishing anything with glass.

Living Spaces - dust baseboards, light switches, door knobs & fingerprints around door frame, mirror polish, dusting bookshelves & coffee tables, window ledges, fluffing couches, vacuum and mop floors, removal of garbage bins, stair railing, picture frames dusted, bed frames & light fixtures.

*In a DEEP CLEAN & MOVE OUT, extra items will be added to the list such as: inside appliances, inside cupboards, inside fridge, behind fridge & oven, wiping all baseboards behind furniture, wall cleaning, deeper floor polishing, cobb webs, lower windows & inside tracks ect.
